My daughter had a flat tire on the road at 9am, Jan. 2, and called AAA . No AAA help for 2 1/2 hours, so I contacted Riverside Service and they arrived within 15 minutes, changed the tire and all was done by noon. AAA never responded to several calls for help - in fact the case was still open at 2pm that day. Thank goodness for Riverside Service - reliable, quick, excellent service. Absolutely five stars.

Riverside Service has provided the most professional and informative service. They are easy to contact, responsive, and helpful. I needed a repair for my 2022 Audi Q3 and Frank was very accommodating and provided the information I needed in a timely manner. The towing service with Ivan was prompt and handled well. All in all I could not recommend them more highly for your car service needs.

A few days ago my son got a flat tire. I met him at the car’s location while we waited for the tow truck to come. And then came wonderful, calm, super professional Slavo! Within seconds he transformed a stressful situation into a “non issue”. What a gem of a human being! Riverside service (Frank in particular) has been beyond helpful and supportive in trying to solve my issues with my Audi.
