Tremendous service! Our car overheated in the 101 and after three other garages said they could not accommodate us called Rizzoli’s. Richard was eager to help us, communicated clearly, and served us professionally. The problem was diagnosed, an estimate of the repair cost and time was presented. Richard went out of his way to help us manage our travel trailer for safe overnight parking and provided a ride to the nearby car rental agency. The repairs were completed at 10:00am the next morning, about three hours earlier than estimated. We could not be more pleased with the service, courtesy, and help we received. Highly recommended.

Very professional, friendly, and helpful staff. They have always provided the best service. Inspected and ensured that our car is in safe and good condition and made sure brakes were operating correctly and tires are in very good condition. Outstanding customer service!! Isidro helped from the first phone call and was courteous and kind through the whole process. Once my Jeep was in their shop, Richard and Kevin worked to diagnose the problem and checked my engine to make sure there were not further issues. They replaced the needed part and took test drives to make sure everything worked well. The diagnostic report is exceptional! I had never received a report like that. The prices are reasonable and my peace of mind is priceless. I do not live in the area, but if you do I highly recommend Rizzoli's. I wish there was one where I live.

Generic replacement guides rather then customized to your vehicles and preying on you not knowing cars. I had my family take in as I was at work and they tried to talk them into 4000$ of "necessary" repairs when the only critical issue was 20$ bushings I replaced in a hour. The timing belt is not an OEM part yet they said it "needed" to be replaced due to manufacturing schedule not even looking at it as it's clearly not standard.

Excellent service, I’ve been in with my Mercedes sprinter a number of times and I love all the work they do. However, they’re texting reminders are completely off, (my van has approximately 80,000 miles on it now and I was just there two weeks ago ). so I have no choice but to stop the texting which means it’ll be up to me to bring the van in when it’s time.
