Terrible experience. I ordered a $500 air intake for RKTunes to cancel the order for no reason. No explanation! I contacted them multiple times with no response since I was very interested in the product. It took a bad review to actually get a response which stated my order was auto cancelled due to an auto fraud alert and blamed me for not taking action. This was false information regarding an auto fraud rejection and RK Tunes blaming a customer for failing to take action is dishonorable. Note, an auto fraud alert was never received and email or call back from RK Tunes never occurred. I had to chase my refund. Horrible business that blames its customers for their mistakes. I would not recommend doing business with this company since they have terrible customer service.

Absolute best place for tunes and go-fast parts for your BMW. Years of experience unlike the other guys so actually knows what he's doing. Also has built the fastest F80 in the world. Thanks for the tune Jordan, I will definitely be back for more.

Solid Experience, i wasn’t able to catch a name but somebody apart of the team was really helpful going back and forth with me through emails, answered all questions in detail, honestly haven’t received better customer service anywhere else. Would 100% recommend.
