Cool owners, clean shop, and decent prices that will have you coming back because they’re worth every penny. First thing when you walk, everything feels nice and bright - greeted by a customer service that resonates with what Oceanside is all about, communal and very welcoming. As someone new to the area, I’m glad this shop recently opened here - they were super chill, explained everything without trying to upsell me, and got the job done, methodically and thoroughly. My cars feel reliably maintained and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back! Thank you Reggie and team, keep up the great work.

I love this place! The owner is from the Midwest and is comfortable with cars that has rust. It has been very hard to find a shop that is honest and comfortable working with rust. They have great customer service! Loretta checked in my van and she called me with my diagnosis. She was very clear and even repeated stuff if I needed. She knew exactly what each service was for and the purpose. You can tell she is very experienced and knowledgeable. She gave me clear numbers in terms of money amount for each service and time each service would take! They diagnosed my vehicle the same day and had it ready by end of day the next day! The workmanship was amazing, worth every penny! Reggie was kind enough to answer further questions that I had about my vehicle and he explained everything in terms that I could understand. They have honest mechanics and they are trustworthy! I have already recommended them to other friends and family! Bonus since they have a night drop box.

I've been coming to RMC for about 3 years and would give an extra "bonus" star if I could! The owner (Reggie) is amazing person, he is honest and treats people kindly and fairly. He and his workers actually show you everything that needs to be done and explain why. As a woman with zero knowledge or experience with cars, I had become accustomed to feeling stress, uncertainty, and anxiety whenever my car needed work done. I can't express how refreshing and relieving it was to find a place I can trust, that doesn't take advantage of my inexperience. His gorgeous new shop on mission is super convenient and is incredibly clean. Really can't say enough good things about this shop. If you are looking for an experienced and honest auto mechanic who will treat you like a human being, this is the place to go.

RMC Automotive was so wonderful getting my car fixed. Friday night my alternator went out we called and they said to have it towed to their location and put the keys in the drop box. Saturday morning I called to check on the status of the car and Loretta the front office woman was so pleasant and kind, my car was done a few hours later and I was able to enjoy the rest of my weekend. Highly recommend this place.

Reggie and Victor took care of me near the end of a work day with a very pleasant attitude, quick information about my problem and the solution. Reggie integrity and pride in his shop and workmanship is very evident in his surroundings and demeanor. I was very pleased to have had an emergency that brought me to RMC and will continue to bring my vehicle there for maintenance and repair!
