I loved my experience at RR Racing! Justin helped me find perfect parts for my Lexus, and Rafi, the ownerdialed in my coilovers. Liz order support kept me updated and even got a replacement fast. Jacob technician fixed my leak expertly. Overall, fantastic service and knowledge for both Lexus and Porsche!

Took my Evo X into get a dual Map tune for e85 and 91. Great service they didn't have any sports avail at the time and the tuner stayed late to finish my car. Great service overall! Didn't have any issues with tune for the 3 years I owned the evo

1. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION 2. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 3. EXTREMELY RUDE , AGGRESSIVE STAFF. I contacted them about getting a tune wanted to make sure I had all parts I needed. I was told to get certain parts over ones i had order already so i canceled one I had order an got the an ones I was told too. When I called back they acted very disrespectful over the phone an instead of offering help proceeded to talk down a customer willing to pay an let them tune a car I really just need to know what they wanted for me to come spend money with them for a better quality of ride but judging buy the disrespectful personal over the phone I will be going eles were Big thanks to Mike and Hondas Rob for being to honest in who you truly are I would not want to support that kind of a business they run.. Manny other tuners in the areas much nicer willing to help you so you don't end up wasting your time or the tuners time

If you have an evo, this is the only place to go. They are an extremely busy shop, so don't feel that they are ignoring you or pushing you away, they have a ton of work and you have to be straight forward with what you're looking to do. I got my car tuned and was assisted by Robert, very cool dude who worked around my schedule. Car runs very solid, was very pleased with my final numbers. To my surprise he even called me early the next day to ask how my car was running, loved the follow back. I'll be back here for all my maintenance routines and more if needed.
