Road Runner Auto Repair

I’ve had couple experiences with dealing with roadrunner auto service in apple valley. The reason for my one star review is due the service I was received. The owner of the shop is quite frankly rude and has no type of people skills if it’s not their way they send you out. I was calm and respectful they always think they’re bigger and better than you. Where’s the humanity in this place? Not to mention I overheard him talking about races in a very disrespectful manner if you are of color I’d recommend not to come here to have your vehicle maintained as I heard his perspective on the different types of people and what’s ironic is he is Mexican!!!!

Best auto place in town. Honest, do good work and are reasonably priced. This is the only mechanic I have ever trusted and has proven to be trustworthy in my entire life. I’ve gone here for over 16 years and have brought over six different kinds of cars here. They have never failed to do pristine work.

Love these guys. They definitely have earned a loyal customer. I usually just take my cars to their smog shop for a smog because they're close, but recently I had been chasing an emissions leak on my Jeep and couldn't find it... for 3 years. I got angry and tired of looking, and I called them up to ask for pricing to find the leak so that I could fix it myself. They charged just the simple diagnostic fee, found the leak, and even sent me a video to show it to me. We even had a couple of nice chats about my vehicle during the process, and once I had it fixed, they smogged it for me and it passed. These guys are good, honest, and ethical mechanics, and I will definitely continue doing business with them.

Quick, courteous and honest. Jesse helped me diagnose my suspicions and validate what I thought was the issue without charging me an inspection fee. He was very honest on what might incur a cost on labor, but he decided to just help me out by taking a quick look and that really showed how honest the shop is. Highly recommend this auto repair shop.

Road runner auto is a great shop. They did an engine replacement for me. It ran great and is running well after 3 years on the road. They struck me as very honest during that interaction. Then about 6 months later I went in to have my air conditioner charged by them and and they suspected that they may not have charged it when they did the engine replacement. So when I showed up to pick up the truck it was a free AC service. If I could recommend any changes I would say they need to keep their shop cleaner and more organized. As I know that first impressions mean a whole lot. Rest easy if you have these guys work on your car.
