I felt compelled to write this review so that hopefully someone doesn't get the same experience. My father took his truck in multiple times because his check engine light kept turning on. Each time was another 200/250 dollars. With the light on each and every time. Oh it's this, now this, now this.... against my advice he kept going back. "The whole family has been there and for years". Finally he goes to someone else. Happily pays the amount, we understand that it's someone's livelihood. The light no longer turns on. The part that really made me write this is when the new mechanic said.... "look, I'll lay out every single piece of equipment they are telling you they worked. I will tell you right now that they worked on none of it. Nothing was ever touched. " I asked my father if he's tried contacting "Charlie". He said there's been no answer from him at all. Not sure what I'll do next, possibly submit a complaint with DCBA though. They've lost my family and friends business and I hope to deter others from their terrible practice as well.

Honestly I been to the workplace myself, The reviews that are criticizing this business are not even true, Carlos is a Good Guy I don’t know why people don’t like him, some of the bad reviews are kinda old. -Anonymous

Needed a clutch replaced on my Civic and Ron and Steve O did a great job like always .these guy know their stuff about all cars .Not just German cars .Also their prices are very fair and they will shoot it to you straight with no b.s. I would recommend them to anyone needing service on their car .Jason

Brought my vehicle in for an O2 sensor issues. They worked on my vehicle, and after a few weeks the same issue arose. They took two weeks, couldn’t solve the problem and refunded me for parts cost after some back and forth. This is fine things happen, definitely an unusually long time to figure out they’re unable to fix it. Make sure to have a spare car to borrow, rental costs may add up. What’s ridiculous is how they treated my car. Upon receipt, the outside of the car was full of new scratches. Sad to see that they don’t care for customer vehicles. Will not be bringing my business back here after my experience

They don't fix cars. I had to bring my vehicle back because it wasn't done right the first time. After reviewing repairs I noticed the work was sloppy. I also noticed there were things that were broken. This really irritates me since the idea is to get back a vehicle in better shape not have MORE things to fix!!! This is why I am rating it 1 star. I am not against a business making money but done in this manner I feel scammed!!! I also came back with less parts than the car had before the repair!!! Missing wheel lug nuts!!! How much other things were taken off my car that I don't know about? My air conditioner is not working! The front hub caps are missing!! The inside night light is broken!!! The front wheel where the lug nuts are missing has metal shavings!!! The bolts threads are stripped!!! It's obvious that the work done is not done correctly!!! Was this done so that I would have to come back and pay more money for things that were NOT broken before?!?! I question whether or not the work done is safe?! WARNING!!! RED FLAG!!! WARNING!!! RED FLAG!!! WARNING!!! RED FLAG!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I CONTACTED THE BUSINESS FOR REPAIRS BUT HAVE HEARD NOTHING!! They will not make good on any guarantee!!! I contacted the BAR - Bureau of Automotive Repair and they will NOT repair all the damages!!!
