Went in for a water pump replacement, hydraulic timing belt actuator, etc. Plus, a right side motor mount and let me tell you that there's not enough room on this rating to describe the professionalism, care, honesty, wonderful customer service, reasonable prices and cleanliness they bestowed upon me. I'm forever grateful and will always come back to them for all my vehicle needs. Never thought I'd find a wonderful shop like this, but they do exist. Thank you, Carlito and Santos!

I purchased a pair of brand-new tires from these guys. First red flag, they only take cash. A day after I purchased them, I returned to the shop to complain that I am having vibration from the tires, in my steering and a loud rotation noise from the tires when I pick up speed. They insist it’s not from the tires and that I should see a mechanic. I told them it was not mechanical since the problem only started after they placed their new tires on the front. I told them I will replace their tires with two new tires from somewhere else. If the problem goes away, I will return their tires. I replaced their tires, and the problem was no longer there. I returned their tires. Now they are telling me they don’t do refunds. No sign, nothing in their shop to tell you they have a no refund policy. Not a good way to do business.

I bought new tires on line that needed to be mounted to my 24s. Every tire shop I contacted in Philly refused to touch them saying my wheels and tires were too big. About to give up I stopped by Pop and Sons and Hiir assured me that they could do the job but also quickly. He offered their Speed Balance service and I purchased it to make sure I would be riding right. I won't go anywhere else in the city for my any wheel work I need. The price was more than reasonable , the service was excellent and I'm riding Big and Balanced.
