Been going here for years and have no trouble recommending Vincent for your car troubles. Fair honest work. Responsive, works with you. I have recommended and sent many friends his way and now all of my children go to Roadway as well.

I’m unhappy with the service I received at this place. I wound up needing a starter, but the first time I brought my car here I was turned away because the issue “wasn’t bad enough”. Then the week after, when my car wouldn’t start at all, I had to pay for a tow to bring it back to the shop to finally have it replaced. Throughout the experience when I asked questions, it felt as if no one on the phone or in person would take the time to explain anything to me. I’m really annoyed that I had to wind up paying extra money for a tow when that could have been avoided if they had actually explained what was wrong to me so I could have asked them to replace the part the first time I brought it it in. I have finally have my car back, but when I opened the driver door I noticed they left the inside of the door and the upholstery of my driver and passenger seat marked with finger prints and dirt. I’m really upset with this service.

I was there a couple months ago for a starter and front brakes. The bill was over a 1,000. They did the job, but where they really screwed me is their mark up on parts (100%). A decent starter is anywhere from $150 - $250. Apparently they get decent starters for $440. Then they charged me $180 for rotors. Rotors should be no more than $90. Their labor cost was fair, but just be aware they are going to screw you on parts.

Great group of guys and mechanics there, always a five star experience for me. From oil changes, inspections, brakes, oil pans replaced, you name it, roadway has always been there for me.
