I was referred to Robel & Son from a colleague who said if I take my vehicle to them, they would fix my car and they were reasonable. I have a 2013 Chevy Captiva that was giving me grief for the last 6 months with multiple emission codes. This car was taken to 3 shops with them all giving me different diagnoses. Brought my car to Robel on Friday and was told to come back on Monday morning. My car was looked at by a mechanic named Alberto I believe. I left my car there for them to trouble shoot and fix my problem. Around 8pm Luzy who I presume is the receptionist who keeps the shop grooving, told me my vehicle was repaired. Well, my car has been fixed and so far, so good. And surprisingly it was under $300 for the work that was done. All three diagnosis from the other Shops were completely wrong. One of them told me that I needed a timing chain🤦🏾‍♂️. I was impressed and from this point on, this is where this vehicle will be serviced at!! TY Robel & Sons!!

Oh my God, Rob is the man and his mechanic Esteban and the rest of the crew and Luzy in the front desk. They are family. They are the best team of mechanics. You will not find a better mechanic shop than Robel and sons. I have been coming to Rob for 20 years when he was in BedStuy now he’s in East New York. The service is impeccable. His prices are amazing. He’s a nice nice guy. He gets very very busy because no one in the area can fix Mercedes and Range Rover and BMWs like Rob can so people complain about he’s busy and it took them a little while well the mechanics skills at this shop are in high demand, they can do 300 cars in one day, they wanna go home too. Rob is the best hands-down Esteban is the best hands-down. You will not find a better group of mechanics and they’re honest and they’re fair with their price. Rob is.the GOAT. If you want your luxury car fixed right and you don’t wanna get ripped off you better bring those cars to Rob Mercedes, Beamers, Ranges etc any luxury car even my jeep Cherokee 2020 I bring that there. He fixes everything for me he fixes my Mercedes he fix my BMWs. He’s the best I will not go to anyone else it’s Rob or it’s no one he’s better than the dealerships has everything the dealerships has except for those expensive ass prices. Rob is the best trust me.

Great place to take your car in need of repairs and services. Very knowledgeable about foreign cars. Great customer service! Luz at the front desk was super helpful and very friendly, staff were definitely accommodating.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, the owner Robel will give you the runaround with excuses on why he hasn’t been able to start fixing your car. Look elsewhere, these guys are sloppy

They change parts that are not broken for cheap aftermarket parts and still charge you when that didn’t fix the problem. Go to a better place where they can diagnose better. Took forever to give me the car back.
