Poor customer service, took vehicle in for repair upon pick up damage was done and owner failed to make things better, blamed vehicle was old. Don’t care about his business, not even at property business has basically gone down hill. This was the original go to for repair no more, want better customer service go across the way Lewis Milinich Body Shop. A+++ don’t know were to start, they apologized for something they didn’t even do, repaired and took care of me 110% (Robert couldn’t even do that).

Highly recommend you take your own photos and videos before turning in vehicle. Ended up with a scratched display, hood and fenders misaligned, circular buff marks and panels they "repaired". The shop also kept my vehicle longer than they first stated (2 weeks longer) and the vehicle was turned into me with a lot of parts still loose. My wheel liner was left hanging off. The shop employees also drank my mini liquor bottles I had in my glove box and left the empties in the glove box (probably to not leave empty liquor bottles in shop and get caught drinking on the job I'm assuming). The drinking on the job could explain the snotty workmanship though. I would HIGHLY recommend just going to a different shop, this is not the first bad experience I've had here. The convenience of staying with a shop in town was not worth the hassle and I feel like my car was not well taken care of or even repaired properly

I just got my Toyota Highlander back from Robert's collision today and my car looks and drives amazing they were awesome with me from day 1 and to top it off when I got there to pick it up to my surprise they had washed it and vacuumed and cleaned the inside!! Thank you Robert's collision you guys are amazing!! Definitely recommend to everyone.
