I had my car here because it wouldn't start. The first week they called me and said that the problem wasn't superficial, that it was the engine or the transmission and that I had to wait for my car's turn to be checked and tell me if my warranty would cover it or if I had to pay out of pocket. A month later they called me and said that my car's warranty had expired and that if I wanted them to give me a diagnosis I had to pay $2,000 just to check it and if it didn't seem right I had to pay another $2,000 to put everything back and take my car, because they assured me that it was the engine or the transmission of my car. It's totally inconsiderate that after a month a service advisor gives you news like that. That same day I towed my car to another place and surprise, it was a simple spark plug that they changed in less than 10 minutes and my car is perfect... after this place gave me an estimate of thousands of dollars. Maybe because I was a woman they wanted to make me look stupid.
