The repair manager Jeff was especially courteous. These people have great integrity. They were unable to do what I needed done and it was no charge, even though they spent some time working on my car. I was expecting pay $100.00 and did that make me feel good. These same people sold me tires a couple of years ago My neighbor told me that the people were very honest at Roe Motors and he was right. Good business and good people.

Every staff person that I have dealt with has been friendly and courteous. The work that they have done for me has always been top notch quality. I’ve spotted the owner in the service department more than once and it’s clear that his employees like and respect him. I especially like that this is a family run business and not a big corporation. It’s truly a small town atmosphere at Roe Motors. I’ll be back

Roe service is awesome! I’ve used them multiple times for regular maintenance and when I’ve had issues. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Service is fast and really reasonable prices. I drive from Medford to go to them cause they are seriously the best!
