Rojo Collision -

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Rojo Collision on Foster, and I must say it was far from satisfactory. My car suffered a dent in the bumper due to a hit-and-run incident, and I entrusted Rojo Collision with the repair job. However, what followed was a series of disappointments and frustrations that left me deeply dissatisfied with their service. I dropped off my car on May 13, 2024, as per their request, with the expectation of having it back by May 21st, or at the latest, the 22nd. However, those deadlines came and went without any communication from the shop regarding the progress of the repair. It was always me reaching out to inquire about updates, which is not the level of service I expect from any reputable establishment. Moreover, I expressed my concern about incurring additional expenses for a rental car out of pocket while waiting for the repair to be completed. I even suggested keeping my car until the necessary parts arrived to expedite the process. However, my concerns were dismissed with a lame excuse, and I was assured that the repair would be completed promptly. Fast forward to today, the 28th of May, and my car is still not ready. When I called the shop to understand the delay, I was met with vague assurances from Stephanie, who claimed that my car would be ready by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. It is baffling to me that replacing a bumper could take this long, especially when it was initially promised to be a much quicker process. What truly irks me is the lack of transparency and accountability demonstrated by Rojo Collision throughout this ordeal. If they had been upfront about the expected timeline for the repair, I could have made alternative arrangements to minimize inconvenience and additional expenses. Instead, I was left in the dark, constantly chasing after updates that were never provided. In conclusion, I would not recommend Rojo Collision on Foster to anyone based on my experience. The level of customer service I received was beyond deplorable, and the overall handling of my car repair was utterly unacceptable. In hindsight, I regret not sticking with Rojo on Bergen, where I have had more positive experiences in the past. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Rojo Collision on Foster, and I caution others to think twice before entrusting them with their vehicle repairs. I will keep you all posted on the work completion whenever my car is fixed.

I’ve taken my car for body repair 3 times since 2017 and have always been pleasantly surprised and satisfied. This week, I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning and true to his word, my car was ready by 5 pm today, Thursday. They replaced my back bumper, removed some front scratches and a huge dent in the back. The owner/manager (not sure) Jimmy? is the best. A young gentleman with a humble demeanor. Appreciated his professionalism, honesty and fair prices. The secretary (didn’t meet her) but she was polite and was also true to her word. She returned my call promptly. You can tell they take pride in their job. Impecable! Was so happy, wanted to hug them all. I’ve and will continue to recommended Rojo Collision to all my family and friends when they need any car repairs. Thank you all!🌺

Rojo Collision did an outstanding job on my car! They had it fixed up and ready to go in just a week. The repair work was impeccable, it’s like the accident never even happened. Thank you for the fantastic service!

Gave in my car for repair and after getting the run around about when it would be done. Finally was able to pick it up and I came to a surprise that the coins and dollar bills I left in my middle console was gone and Jamaican money I had.

Google has only 5 stars, unfortunately; the rating is not justified! They should allow us to add 100plus stars. This Collision Center is selected by Progressive for a reason. Christopher, [I apologize if I've spelled his name wrong; English is my 7th language]. My initial rating was only 2 stars, all due to the lack of communication. I got the car back with the engine light, however; I'm promised that if there are any problems, there is a lifetime warranty. Don't worry if I'm not adhered to by the promise. I'll come back to my and update you all, nevertheless; I'm satisfied, my father's car, although I've not driven it and have also scheduled a 70k service appointment with Volvo yet to see any report. This place has made the car back to New. Thank You. The people that worked there were very friendly when I walked in the back and I had even a chance to dance to listen to some latino music and dance as well, ya right at the back. The car was given to me super clean and all the cameras and everything that damaged worked fine and even better. I've to ایرر report it to Progressive. Thank you Rojo and I apologize for being skeptical. East and West. Rojo is the Best! I'm not sure that even The Volvo Dealership could have done a better job compared to Rojo. If you can't trust Rojo, you can't trust no one else. If you have to go to anyone go to Rojo. Just close your eyes and forget about it. They will have taken care of everything! Give me a favor! Don't be like me! Leave your stress to Rojo. They will do the BEST JOB EVER! I THOUGHT I'LL HAVE MY FATHER'S CAR SOLD; GIFTED OR JUNK? NOW IT SEEMS TO ME THAT IT GOING TO STAY IN THE FAMILY FOR A VERY LONG LONG LONG TIME. I WENT TO VOLVO AND THEY WERE ASKING ARE YOU BUYING A NEW CAR? AND IT MADE LAUGH! HAD I NOT TAKEN THE CAR TO ROJO, I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE SPENT ANOTHER $75K YET NOW ONLY $210 FOR 70K SERVICE. NOW YOU DO THE MATH. WAIT AND THANK YOU PROGRESSIVE, DEREK HOERMANN; THE ADJUSTER THAT HELPED ME COMMUNICATE WITH ROJO EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. THERE IS ONE ISSUE WITH ROJO I'VE ALREADY COMMUNICATED IT TO THE MANAGEMENT AND I'M SURE THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY CAR OR YOUR CAR. YOUR CAR WILL BE PERFECT! THAT'S WHAT YOU CARE ABOUT RIGHT? DON'T STRESS. I KNOW; BRING WORRY IS THE PROBLEM BUT ONCE YOU GET YOUR CAR BACK YOU'LL FEEL AS I did. 100 STARS oh ALL in CAPS ON.
