I would surely love to give a 5 star, but sadly, I have yet to really have full service at the location. I give 3 stars now; only cause I find the location, and it's shop owner to be really trustworthy, as the day i came in for service(oil change and flush), I wasn't cheated like I may of been expecting. I came in at 10, quoted that the work would be done no later than 1, left the keys with them, and was expected to leave/wait for the services to be completed. During the waiting time, I first waited on a bench outside for an hour, then decided to wait in my vehicle, as I had a second pair of keys on hand, until they were ready to pull the car in. I waited there until around 12:50 and walked inside, expecting for them to potentially say they completed the work while not doing anything, but no, they were truthful and said they had yet to start the work. Sadly, this is where it comes down for not the full 5 stars, i was informed only then that there was an unexpected issue, and they weren't able to complete the work by the time it was supposed to be done. Why, yes, I can accept that issues may unexpectedly arise, but to not call and inform of this for the people who come and drop off the vehicle quoted to be done by a certain time, and inform them of the delay and only then tell them when they're to be expected back by, what may be the point of leaving our information, specifically a phone number to be called to inform people when the works done, or an issue arose? I wasn't informed of what the issue may have been, granted I know it's not my business to know, but the issue didn't stop the mechanic or owner from taking a lunch break; which i don't mind to much, but to not have one simple phone call? Switching over from the bit of ranting the prices quoted are fairly reasonable and absolutely a great deal. It would have been even more fantastic if I could have actually had the work done, though.

I called in the morning and asked about getting a front brake job done. Gentleman on the phone let me know the price and how long it would take to complete. After about 20 minutes, I took it down to the shop and met the Gentleman named Francisco. Very kind and respectful. Said it would take about 2 hours and that after our conversation, he got the parts from the auto parts store when we had hung up. Started the job about 11:45 am, had my car back at 1:30pm. Great service and even gave me recommendations with prices. Will be going back. Keeping our dollars local.

When I had my 2002 Pontiac grand prix gt 3.8l for Diagnostic, they fixed 2 Check Engine codes out of 4 and charged me $450.00 bucks and ya it runs better but I still stuck with 2 check engine trouble cods like the Melfuntion Mil Sacurity Light and removed bolt from the Secandary air pump as well as leaving scrap hoses under the hood. So he'll no I'll never go there again.

As a long time friend of Fransisco I got great service. I had one problem when I went to get rotors for my car. He told me I needed new in the front and said the rear were shot to and needed replacement so I let him do the front with new brakes. I got a second opinion about the rear rotors and was told by Honda the rear rotors were fine and didn't need replacement. At that time I noticed my brand new front rotors were shaking the car when braking so I took it back to get them replaced and Fransisco replaced them. With the new set I thought I was good but no these were warped to and they were not cheap so I took them back and he got in my face and told me I can get a refund if I want and that I can fix them myself. So I opted for a refund and he only gave me some of my money back saying he doesn't refund labor! So with the amount he refunded me I couldn't afford to replace the rotors and was only able to get the brakes replaced which I gave the old ones back to him so he could get a refund from the seller. I don't know why this situation happened but it was the last time I went to him for a service. Oh and the rotors I was able to get them resurfaced at CARAMINAS TIRE for $120 which fixed the warped rotors.
