Our air conditioner went out. It was 110°. Outside and Hector came over the Same day. He worked with our warranty company and he had our air conditioner fixed ASAP. I would definitely recommend This company For anyone looking For RV repair Top notch service!!!!!

I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Hector, his family, and their team. Over the last 2 years I've brought my camper to Hector for some pretty random requests and he's always gotten me in quickly, taken care of business, and gotten me back on the road to continue exploring. He worked on my suspension and plumbing mostly. In the Antelope Valley/Tehachapi area, ROM and Ben's is the only place I'll take my rig.

HOLY COW. Fourth of July BreakDown. Heading home. Stopped at Shell gas station Mojave CA 58. Called AAA ,towed RV to ROM & BEN'S RV Service in California City. Got a room at Motel 6. Got A rental car. And ROM & BENS did the rest. Fixed the RV. Perfect. Thank you Mr. Hector and staff. Kept me informed of diagnosis. Parts needed, Time frame. Cost. His shop is Pro and clean. Fenced property. Took three days including the 4 th of July holiday. Whew, glad to make it home..👍👍👍👍👍..

Hector is the best!! took my trailer in for damager from a tire blowout. Hector was very helpful and did a great job at repairing my trailer. his prices are fair and his workmanship is top notch. I'll defiantly got back to Rom and Bens RV service!!

Always a good experience. We used their services now 3times. The first time was a heater emergency in winter, second time the water heater leaking & third the annual inspection. Hector is very knowledgeable, fast and just super nice.
