Called on a Monday to confirm availability, he said to bring the truck for inspection very early in the morning at the end of the week on Saturday. I called again Friday afternoon to confirm if he is still good to go tomorrow as he requested to drop off the truck at 7-8AM, he said yes. I drop off the truck and leave him the keys Saturday morning. It was just going to be an inspection of the suspension components & simple maintenance so I can get the work done with him after providing me with a quote, which I was going to gladly pay for the inspection. I called him around 12PM Saturday to check if i can pick up my truck and he said he hasn't even started yet. What in the hell was the point of having me take it super early in the morning. I picked up my truck & will never return to this side dump ever again. If you value your truck, do not take it here, they will treat you as if you don't have thousands ready to rebuild the truck.

Crazy I see all these great reviews. Went to him and so unsatisfied. Took my car to get repaired. Had to come back the new part had to be replaced. Does he use super cheap parts? Now my engine light is on it's running very rough. Not sure what to do anymore. Go back or go somewhere else?

Very honest and very reasonable up front pricing. I have taken my Mercedes sports car (2014 sl 550) for basic maintenance here (ie oil change, brake fluid, brakes, rotors)

Go to Romero if you need the problem you came in for fixed!!! He doesn't mess around. He shows you the problem and makes sure it's fixed!
