My turbo hose clamp broke on my semi truck and I pulled my truck over in an open area beside the road well away from the shoulder of the road. Google Maps showed that I was a minute 5 drive away from Ronk's Auto and Truck Towing off Crider Road, so I called them at 2:25 pm and asked if they could bring me a couple turbo hose clamps. I measured the hose diameter in advance and told the lady what diameter clamp size I need. I let the lady know that Google Maps showed I was a 5 minute drive away from their location and asked how much they would charge me to bring me a couple turbo hose clamps and she said they charge a minimum of $200 for any roadside service. She said she will found out if they can bring me a couple and then call me right back. I waited until 2:36 pm without receiving a call back, so I called again and the lady said someone should be my location with clamps in about 10 minutes. After that a guy texted me and asked to confirm the clamp size and for a photo of the broken clamp. The turbo hose was approximately 3 1/4" in diameter. The broken clamp had a thinned out area right where the break was at. I figured maybe it got bent right in that area in the past from other service procedures. I appreciated it that the guy asked for photo and size confirmation, and then asked him if he can bring me three clamps so I have two spares, since the turbo system had several different clamps with that size, and he said he can. Two guys arrived around 3:15 pm with the three clamps and the younger guy had a ratchet in his hand for installing it. I already had the tools with me to install it and did not ask them for installation but I decided to let him put it on since he already had a ratchet right there. He was turning the adjustment screw out farther than necessary so I asked him why he doesn't just slip it over the hose without taking it completely apart and he just ignored me and turned the adjustment screw all the way out. The clamp could have easily been just slipped over the hose before reconnecting the hose over the pipe, without taking the clamp all the way apart. Instead he took it all the way apart and then bend it open and close to put it over the hose. He wasted a lot of unnecessary time by doing that and unnecessarily weakened the clamp by bending it twice. He did however ask me to start the engine after installing the clamp to make sure it holds and I appreciated that. I gave the older guy a credit card for payment and he said someone will text me the receipt. I thanked them for their service and then looked at my receipt. THEY CHARGED ME A TOTAL OF $390.55 FOR BRINGING ME THREE HOSE CLAMPS AND INSTALLING ONE THAT I PROBABLY COULD HAVE INSTALLED IN 5 MINUTES AT A LOCATION THAT WAS OFF THE ROAD!

I would give Ronk Towing zero stars if possible Their tow truck crushed our concrete driveway resulting in $6000 in damages. No concern what so ever , even after seeing the damage. Ronk Towing does not care about its customers.
