Héctor is a truthful person that will honor and will let you know if your car does need work and not try to just make money. These guys use to be good. Unfortunately I can’t support them anymore no matter how close they are. I went to get an inspection. Understand there are no lights on the dash board, the wheels are fairly aligned. The tread on the tires are good and the brakes are still fairly new. So they put it on the lift and say… Them: Oh 3 of your tires are bad you need to change them. Me: I need to change 3 of my tires? Nah I’m not doing that, take it off the lift. Them: Okay just change 2. Me: 😳 Change two of my tires? If it won’t pass for 3 why do I need to change for 2? Sounds like someone wants me to just buy tires rather than worrying about if my car is really safe. No thanks ok go somewhere else. Shame on me, not the first time they tried to rip me off. Don’t support this place. They use to do good business, now they don’t. DONT SUPPORT THEY WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU!

So a week ago I go there for a wheel alignment in a crappie job was done an how I no is I'm at the hyundai dealership for a oil change an when u drive in there's a set up that detects if u need a wheel alignment AND LOW AN BEHOLD I NEED A WHEEL ALIGNMENT FROM HERE MY NEXT STOP IS THERE .... 2ND PROBLEM I NEEDED A PATCH ON MY BACK TIRE ..THEY SAID THEY PATCHED THE TIRE THEY DIDN'T.... THEY GOT THE RIGHT ONE CAUSE IF THEY DONT REFUND MY MONEY WE GOING TO COURT I GUESS CAUSE IM NOT SPANISH I GET THE SHITTY TREATMENT BUT THEY GOING TO LEAVE TODAY ..... DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY....GOOD LUCK

Brought Two tires there in September 2024 and one tire in April 2024 at their Babylon Tpk shop due to having a nail in my tireThey told me then to just get a new tire , so I did .Why today November 1 2024 they told me I need those same tires change to pass inspection.. These two shops only want to sell you tires at every visit. I spoke to a few. people in the neighborhood that experience the same issues.
