I was recommended by a friend I had a transmission issue with my 2020 ultra limited CVO that I added reverse to. I stopped to talk to Andrew. He was happy to take the bike in. Told me I could drop it off that day. Took the bike apart and had an answer within a week on what was wrong with it. Let me stop down and went over all the parts that were damaged in the transmission and explained why it possibly happened. Ordered the parts right away and I had to bike back about a week later it would’ve been sooner he said if he had the parts sooner. I was very happy with the price for the amount of work it took. The bike is riding great. The guys in the shop and the front countermen were nothing but helpful and nice. Will be using them in the future and will recommend them to anyone.

Brought my bike a 2006 Harley Fat Boy in last year to Rosa’s because Andrew was highly recommended by a few guys in my Motorcycle group The Blue Knights. Well he didn’t disappoint he did a great job changed all the fluids also installed new rims and tires and was honest didn’t hit me for anything I didn’t need. Andrew serviced it again this year again very informative and explains everything. Trust your ride to Rosa’s and Andrew you’ll be satisfied

Great bike shop. Andrew is kind. Took time to engage our youngest rider in the family. Even got to sit on Rosa’s cycle. Scored a nice pair of sunglasses too! Chemical smell, as the garage is off to the side and back of the store. Nice memorabilia and items to purchase. Bell helmets, Harley Davidson Clothing and various brand accessories to trim your ride. 😎 store and kind personnel.

1st time at Rosa's with my 07FLHP for a repair that was above my pay scale. Andrew was able to get my bike in and working on it right away. He found a few things weren't right and called me to discuss the repairs. He went above and beyond in getting my bike back up and running in a timely fashion. Customer for life now.👍👍👍
