The driver Brad Kelly of Ross Towing was exceptional. He was thorough in his work and he explained everything to me step by step to assure me that my vehicle was not going to be compromised in any way shape or form. Additionally, he offered great insight, advice and guidance in regards to preventative maintenance so that I can stay safe on the roads at all times. Brads genuine kindness and concern for my well-being before he even began to assess my ditched car speaks volumes of his character. Ross Towing has an invaluable employee in Brad Kelley. Needed an unlock for my S10 Blazer. Lady on the phone was great, kept in contact throughout. Can't remember the name of the nice operator who came out but he was a gem. He had the truck open in short order, didn't damage anything, showed me what he was doing and gave me advice on avoiding future callouts. Was full of tips and advice on my restoration plans and the best insurance too. Really great dude. Wouldn't hesitate to give them another call.

Unfortunately for me and my vehicle I needed two tows in a week. Called Ross Towing and was extremely satisfied with their service. The two operators I had, Tyler and Neil, were both courteous and efficient, and hard working I must add. Highly recommended.

Over the past year I have observed less than professional driving by Ross Towing employees. The first instance a speeding tow truck cut me off on Highbury heading south towards Wilton Grove. I called the manager after this occurred but they were defensive and did not take my concern seriously. More recently I observed one of their drivers speeding/changing lanes to pass vehicles on Commissioners Road last Monday shortly after 7:00 am. We had heavy snowfall and the roads had not yet been cleared so everyone else was driving at an appropriate safe speed except this idiot who then started tailgating the car in front of them when they could not get by on the next lane. I notice there have been other reviews with complaints about their driving, The owner/manager needs to take corrective action on this before they cause an accident.

Massive snowstorm on Dec 5, many transport trucks stuck on the hill on Highbury Ave N. A Ross' driver just passing by noticed the problem and went out of his way to help the truckers and passenger vehicles navigate the situation safely. I'm sure he sacrificed paying jobs to do this for us. A real hero 10/10 I will recommend Ross' to anyone who will listen! Thank you!
