By far one of the best buying experiences ever! The camper I bought was exactly what I was looking for, very well maintained and serviced and very reasonably priced. The buying process was straight forward and quick. I financed through them and that too was quick and easy! I work many hours so it's always a challenge for to do/buy things like this and have more than once walked away from a purchase or service due to businesses unwilling to work we me but here at Roughin' It that was not the case as they were very accommodating in every way! Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful! Eager to answer questions and help in any way they can. Everybody I spoke with was very easy and a pleasure to talk to!!! I am looking forward to dealing with them again! And you should too!!

At Roughin' It, we had the best shopping, buying, and service experience ever (we truly mean ever!)! We purchased our previous camper at another dealer but brought it to Roughin' It because of their exceptional service. So when we looked for a new camper, it made sense to begin our search at Roughin' It. Ashely and her team created a "no-pressure" environment and happily took the time to answer our questions (as newer campers, we had many) and find us the right camper at the right price (way lower than RV Show and other dealers' prices). I recently purchased an Apex 300 BHS travel trailer and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The travel trailer itself is fantastic. But what really made this purchase stand out was the exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly smiles and even a few adorable dogs, which added a warm and welcoming touch to the whole experience. It felt more like a visit to a friend’s place than a typical RV dealership. The team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Ashley and Phil were fantastic to work with. No high pressure sales tactics here. Both were very knowledgeable about all the recreational vehicles and they have a ton to choose from! We purchased a 36ft Zinger and couldn’t be happier with the entire process. Highly recommend!
