Route 66 Automotive

My infiniti q50 has been to a lot of shops. But I've never found one like Route 66 Automotive. You can get everything done under one umbrella from oil changes to modifications and even a full engine replacement. I recently had my engine replaced through an insurance claim. Isaac at the front counter was awesome by explaining everything that was happening and making recommendations unforced. He even handled everything with my insurance so i didn't have to do anything. They really put your best interest in mind to make sure your car leaves there in tip-top shape. John made the final call to me and informed me all that was done and explained all the charges that insurance wouldn't cover. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Very satisfied with the service that was provided here....I was referred and now thankful that I came here after going to a dealership that was charging me a whole lot with minimal repair. They provided amazing services, let us know what was needed and what we were able to work on later when we could. We did use financing and they promised to keep us under that approved amount and they did. They finished up working on 2 cars in 2 days, that is some of the quickest we’ve ever received on our cars back, with the best quality. Overall great work done and we will return if needed.

John was professional and courteous. I need to service my complete AC system. However he discovered my new motor was only firing on 3-4 cylinders with his diagnostic system and mechanic. I am going to take back my suv as soon as I repair my motor! Thanks John!
