I had my vehicle picked up from my home and taken to an auto body shop. I was very impressed by speedy phone response and the pick up time response. I was told it would be 45 minutes possibly 30 minutes. The drive was kind and sensitive to my frustration of my vehicle I feel they arrived sooner than expected. Appreciate the team over at Roy's Towing. Had two separate incidents where I needed their assistance over the last two weeks. Had a puncture on the freeway and was able to make it to a nearby parking lot. AAA said Roy's would have someone out in under 50 min. Exactly 2 min later Roy's dispatcher called and said a technician would arrive in under 20 min. Just 13 min later, Victor arrived. Just 10 min later, Victor had me back on the road. Lighting fast service - 25 min from call to back on the road. Every time I reach out to Roy's, to unlock my car, put in a new battery, fix a flat, this the kind of service and speed they deliver. Amazing people and amazingly kind too. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Yesterday my wife accidentally locked the keys inside the car while it was on. Standard eta would've been at least 40 minutes they showed up within 10 mins of the call to save the day! They were super quick and amazing! Thank you for being great!
