terrible job Charge me for ceramic film and when I search in the product it was not ceramic it was a dye film. Claims more than 20 years of experience, looking at his work like a beginner. the kid that was working with him did a better job. I went back to the shop to get some bubbles out Mohammed realize there was imperfections so he replace the front two tint I Let him know about the right rear it has creases He told me to come back in a month with the lack of business he gets I doubt he will be open for the next month. Customer satisfaction is everything you will get repeat business and referrals when You acknowledge your mistake and you corrected satisfying the customer.

Came here last month to get my windows tinted. Came here again because they previously did work on my last two cars and the jobs were good. This time not so much. The tints had to be replaced three times because the film was full of scratches and holes. Got a refund on the windshield because it was so blurry I couldn’t see at night. I asked for a refund for the two front windows because they’re full of scratches and bubbles and now I’m getting the runaround that the boss is on vacation until who knows when. If you want windows full of scratches and bubbles this is the place to go!

I did my first previous vehicle with them and everything came out great. My second vehicle the tints were good but there were some imperfections (scratches, cutouts) guy should of fixed or do correctly. They try to do it in a rush but I recommend u take ur time and do it right for ur customers if u want them to come back for future services. I think for the price it’s reasonable the owner works with u, but I won’t be coming back for tints anymore.
