Terrible experience! Got a referral from Geico to get the inspection’s pictures done. I called and the guy over the phone was rude and didn’t give me the proper information about what he would need to do the job. I drove 45 minutes to this super sketchy place, where looks dangerous and abandoned. Spoke in person with the same guy and he was offensive and rude. He “demanded” a printed document he did not mention over the phone. When I told him he could’ve just told me that before I drive many miles for nothing. He pushed me off the door using offensive language. I felt totally unsafe. It is a shame the fact that Geico has him as a representative. I wouldn’t recommend this horrible experience to anyone.

Awful customer service. I don't know if it was the owner I encountered ( older man ). He was rude! Didn't say goodafternoon, told me you put my phone into my pocket( it was in my hand as I had the insurance info on the screen that I needed to conduct business) then he just walked away. Needless to say I walked out and took my business elsewhere. He lost business that day and I've never encountered someone tht rude who would even expect someone business. Don't use this place
