I wanted to say thank you to RSI for the quick and courteous work this morning. We had a flat tire first thing, and they arrived ahead of schedule and towed our car to the dealership. Very helpful and we are so appreciative!

If I could rate them a "0" I surely would. I was scheduled for a pickup at 12:24. It is now 3:30 and my car is still sitting at the same place. I call RSI and was inquiring about why my disabled vehicle has not been picked up. I was completely disturbed with the RUDE lady that answered the phone. NOT only was she RUDE, she also hung up the phone on me..WOW! WOW! WOW! Needless to say I cancelled that that request.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!

Wife's car was in accident Rsi towing pick up car, they helped us out with any question we asked and answered more questions that would followed. I would send people to him and I will definitely call him if we need anything. Thank you

Charged the man $725 for a tow bill when the man had explained his situation on cash flow and been in touch with him the whole time during the week and a half his car set. Even after he explained a love one had just pasted. COLD but the thing is have to pay in the 7:25 we show up the next day to pick the car up and the man was not there he was out of town wanted a little bit of slack because he had a family. Funny how the world works. So the man say to make it up he will bring it and drop it off at the house and just didn't occur till 2 Days later. To be honest with you I wouldn't let a man tell my son's Powerwheels down the driveway and when I mentioned giving a bad Facebook review he said he ain't worried about no Facebook people . So there you are ladies and gentlemen . I'm going to give him 2 cause 1 just tacky
