This place has been nothing but good to me and my company, the service department always takes care of my Truck, great service. PM's -CARB clean Truck check, etc...I have also had to get some body work done and the gentleman that works with me Jose in the auto body dept delivered nothing but exceptional customer service, and they have the Truck back looking new.. Also If your reading this just know that people only put bad reviews when things don't go there way, and most of the time when people have a good experience they ride off in to the wind and don't usually write a great review, but me I'm glad that I have made the Rush in Pico Rivera my shop for anything I will need done. And if you want great job done as well bring your unit and you will see, don't believe all the negativity in the reviews from people who didn't have it go there way...come see for yourself

Steer clear they do the bare minimum here I had to go do their job twice for them because for the communication is horrible, it took them 3 hours to send a blank email to the parts department with no part listed. Then after I waited from 9:30 am till 4:00 pm they tell me that it's going to take a full 24 hours to let the seal dry...don't you think that would have been good to tell me ASAP instead of letting me sit in a non A/C drivers lounge or outside in the heat ALL DAY! Lastly, I asked them to fill up my differential before I left and apparently they had no gear oil for me!! I then asked for them to at least check the level and as I'm about to fill it the mechanic tightens up the fill so I have to get full of grease and dirt to do something I paid them for!!! Such a sad excuse of a Rush Truck Center.
