I recently had a service appointment for my Volvo XC90, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Hector Torres was both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable as he took the time to explain the details of having my HVCH replaced. He made sure I felt confident in what was being done, and his positive attitude truly stood out. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the valet who took care of my vehicle. Not only did they wash the exterior impeccably, but the interior was wiped down to a level of cleanliness that went above and beyond my expectations. My XC90 felt like new when I got back in it. Overall, the entire team made my service visit smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend entrusting the wonderful folks at Rusnak Volvo with all your service needs. Regular service for 20,000 miles. I was also grateful for the invitation to use Uber to go to my office 10 miles away, but I started working in the lounge and spent just under three hours in a comfortable environment, and the time flew by before I knew it, and the maintenance was complete. I am very satisfied with the excellent service.

Booking and call routing seems to have bugs as I had issues creating my appointment but once I had contact with the office my experience was great. Roman offered great communication letting me know what will be done with the vehicle and how long it will take, I had full understanding and felt comfortable with proceeding. He had a vehicle take me home and back in an extremely efficient manner. The professionalism and great communication will have me coming back. I came in with a fleet vehicle I was getting ready to release back to my employer, but my next vehicle will be a Volvo and I hope to continue to work with Roman on future visits.

I can’t recommend Rusnak Volvo Pasadena enough for their exceptional service. My advisor, Steve, goes above and beyond to make you feel like a VIP client. He’s incredibly accessible, knowledgeable, and takes the time to clearly communicate what’s happening with your vehicle. No matter how small or “silly” your questions may seem, he’s always patient and willing to provide answers. The level of care and attention he provides is truly unmatched!
