Great Customer Service A+++, I had an AC unit that would not engage , nor turn on. I contacted another company to come and diagnose unit and was told i needed a new unit, this unit was un repairable . I ordered unit and unit was not the right one so i returned it. Then started to search for qualified mobile rv techs and found Javier with RV King mobile service Javier answered his phone and started to guide me in what to do if maybe motor was stuck or if maybe it was a faulty issue over the phone. No luck, so we set a date for him to come and diagnose issue, he found the issue, and now today i can gladly say he saved me lots of money from having to replace a unit and found the issue with in minutes. Unit blows good and cold. Highly recommended and will definitely keep him as my preferred RV tech.

Amazing team. I will share more when able. But in short, Javier is an honorable individual who knows everything there is to know about RVs. His pricing cannot be beat and he will educate you over the simple items you could address yourself. I was getting ready to leave for RV trip. My AC and frig were not working. They have done mobile service for me in the last. Called him to see if he could walk me thru checking a few things. Yup he was able to help me figure out my issue and got to my destination just a little late. Gracias
