For outstanding customer service, knowledge and professionalism call Alex at Universal On Site Repair for your RV needs. We are full timers and had a major emergency on the road where we had spun a wheel bearing and the tire and wheel came completely off of our 5th wheel trailer in the middle of nowhere about an hour outside of Fresno. We were able to contact Alex, who drove out in his well equipped van where he replaced the hub and bearing within hours. We then drove to his business location to find an incredibly well set up RV repair service facility with covered bays and clean cement pads in a securely gated area where Alex and his very polite son, Nick, removed our back axle, had a new axle made by his local vendor and had us back safely on the road the next day. He also replaced a faulty thermostat quickly as well as fixing a loose oven latch. His knowledge of RV issues is extensive. We highly recommend Alex’s Universal On Site RV Repair Service!

Excellent service! I had a voltage issue. They came to me at my RV Resort within 90 minutes of calling and had it solved within an hour. Then, 2 days later my awning broke and again they came and repaired it immediately. Even other people at the resort asked how I got them to come out so quick. Great people to work with and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

The owner, Alek, went to my home, for RV SLIDEOUT, charged $180 for going out, plus $250 to diagnose(I already saw and told him wires underneath were chewed by animal and he needed to reconnect, plus $150 for repairs for total of $580, He also wanted payment in cash, before the repair. I couldn’t understand why he had me paid first, but I paid. After 90 minutes of being at my home, the problem wasn’t fixed and he said I should take my RV to his shop for more repair and possibly $1500 more!?!? This guy is a thief. I am reporting him and letting the world know of him. BEWARE!!!!
