Don’t count on them to be available for a pre-determined appointment tim when you show up. I ordered tire by phone, setup a 9:30am appointment for install, they had filled the slot/taken on a walk-in client before my appointment time and in turn filled my slot time. I was told to come back in 45min. Came back and asked them to put on a set of windshield wipers I had purchased elsewhere. Had plans to use my wait time in the smelly shack they use as an office to do paperwork I needed to catch up on. It’s basically a small room and the older guy behind the desk seemed friendly and was talkative and we ended up in small-talk the whole time. It’s time for me to pay and leave and the younger guy/son says $10 for the time used on the windshield wiper placement. I looked at both men and asked…you’re going to charge me for that in spite of my having to drive in twice over an hour in my schedule because you all filled my original appointment time with another customer? And didn’t call me to let me know so I could arrange my day accordingly! The older man/father who I had just been in friendly conversation with the past hour looked at me sternly and quickly said; YES! I honestly didn’t think twice about asking these guys to take a sec to install my wipers, figuring there would be no charge for the troubles they cost me in my days schedule. I am a longtime small business owner myself and certainly wouldn’t have thought to charge the understanding and friendly customer in my office that I did that to. I and my time deserved more respect. Wish I would have had a heads up about these factors so here you go.

Great people but seems to be no reason to schedule an appointment we schedule an appointment 2 months out took the car there now it's been over a week and they haven't even looked at it

They did a "well check" on my car. They put my car on a rack to see if I had any leaks. Very thorough. I was very happy with the service.

I’m fairly new to the area and needed some bearing pressed out and new ones pressed in. Heard about this shop from a local parts house. Even though I didn’t have an appointment they worked me in throughout the day. I was in no rush so it worked great for me and them. Great price, honest work, timely manor, great customer service. Will definitely use them for work I’m not about to do!
