Isreal and his staff is outstanding, he do all my work on my BMW 650i, he also work on my Mercedes SL550. The price was 1/2 what the dealer charges. I am happy with his service and will never go back to the dealer for any work.

This place had my bmw for a month to install an engine. When I got my car back I noticed they took my original rear view mirror Red nose and replaced it with generic one black nose. My headlight light bulbs as well you can see big difference from LED light are much brighter than the ones they installed. I also bought a new battery from them and they installed the wrong battery, they did replace it with the correct one. I was very upset when I noticed that they stole my original parts from my car and replaced them with lower grade. They still didn’t fix my auto start stop button. Nor did they gave me back my original rear view mirror. They asked me to get a diagnostic from BMW to see if that is the original. When I showed them the picture and their own mechanic also confirmed that it did not belong to my car. They did not replace it, they still wanted BMW to verify. When it left a big gap from windshield to the rear view mirror. This place will rob and steal your car parts beware. Make sure you take pictures before and after. I will be filing a complaint on this company to consumer affairs. Then the owner said that he installed engine valve cover at no charge. Which was a lie. He did charge me for it $361.00 along with coolant hose $66.00 that did not belong to my car. I had to replace the whole radiator hose at a different shop at TL MOTORS that I do trust them with my car and I’m a loyal customer with them. I checked every order number on the bill that SOS Automotive gave me, That’s how I found out these frivolous charges. SOS Automotive did a poor job not putting parts back where needed finding loose parts. I had to go to BMW Century which they where very helpful and let me take pictures of my car parts from their computer as you can see in the picture. Never again will I ever bring my car for service at this place. I do not recommend people from going to this place. They also stole my original under cover splash shield and replace it with a fabric type when mine was plastic. In order for them to give me my original parts that I had to go too the dealership and ask what part does it belong to. They never replaced my original parts that they stole no compensation. They just denied everything when I showed proof of pictures of my vehicle to the owner. These people are thieves and dishonest.

This place is clean, nice and attentive staff and I wanted to give this place a 2nd try on some work for my car. I was quoted an outrageous amount for a new turbo and intake manifold. I knew they had just jumped to conclusions to quick and wanted to by pass any diagnostics or potential easy fixes. I was reluctant and trusted my instinct and had my car towed to another shop. Lone behold turns out it was nothing more than a $150 fix, instead of $4500. The intake manifold just needed to be cleaned and reset. I'm not questioning their work quality, but I definilty question their honesty about what the car really needs. Sorry guys, I tried to give you a 2nd chance. For anyone reading this. If you have no problem paying whatever they tell you to then be my guest. For everyone else please be aware.

I don’t have enough words to thank SOS and their team. They took care of my car for 40% less than the place I had gone to before. The gave me my car super clean and fast. Special thanks to Israel, the owner for woo with my budget. I will for ever refer you friends and family.

I will only take my cars to SOS Automotive because I think they are the most honest and professional people in the business. Always fair pricing, and just nice people. I highly recommend them.
