FAST! Isn’t even the word, got in a side swipe and I got referred by the tow driver, came here dudes got me in and out in 4 days. I thought they gave me some bad quality when I heard the car was done but when I saw it it was perfect basically fresh out the factory!!

It’s always good to know “someone-that knows someone”, however, even MORE when you’re very particular about something. It was my first time needing an Auto Bodyshop done.. I was referred to S&S Coachwork Inc, and they exceeded my expectations! Not only did they fix the damage (collision), but also worked with some details the car needed.. (Dings & Dents)- I’m telling you, ‘My car is LIKE NEW AGAIN!! Even my rims scratches were removed. 🙈😅 I communicated with Frank, who has outstanding Customer Service. He gave me precise details of the process and estimated time to be done, excelled at that! With no hesitation this is my to-go-to in the future.. shall be yours too!

So here is the deal. They are very trustworthy. I have used them many times. They do quality work in the Bronx. I use them for my older cars so i do not get ripped off by the dealer. The mechanic Luis is very knowledgeable and Sam and Lillian the owners are incredibly honest. Once you get to know Sam and Lillian they will take great care of you. Also in other reviews people have mentioned things missing out of their car or stolen, this is FALSE and has NEVER ever happened. I have done about 6 or 7 different repairs here and never had a problem. Thanks to S&S coachworks for their great service. They do great work.

These people are frauds they use cheap parts to save all the money for themselves. All they had to do was replace a broken window and replace a stolen radio. The window was a cheap window not one from the manufacturer. The window wasn't even on the track so it went up and down crooked and I could still hear all the glass still in the door rumbling around when I open or close the window. The radio also wasn't wired right it didn't work properly couple of other little things they were supposed to do to the car they didn't even touch then I had my radio redone they said they would reimburse me but when I called they stopped answering lol pretty funny establishment what a joke.

My garage in NYC sent my SUV to this place for repair 2X, Once it came back half done, with screws removed and left in the rear of the truck. 2nd time out, my sunglasses were stolen from deep within my console. When called and spoke to manager, got typical run around. Promised to replace them, but didn't. Next call, the girl actually denied the person worked there, even though the pickup/drop off sheet left in the car had his name on it. Losers with no regard for customers or their belongings. Avoid!
