S&S Mobile Repair

Have a driver still waiting on side of road. Stetson showed up and didn’t do any work, called our office and emailed that work is done and that they found 2 other flat tires. Asked for con check so that we could get the next 2 repaired. Come to find out, NO work was done and the original 2 tires that was supposed to be replaced were never done. We keep trying to call and no one is answering. BEWARE of this company and their crooked ways. We will be seeking legal compensation.

****Edit**** After posting this review about this company- the owner finally decides to pick up the phone and return my call. He swears up and down that there is no Dustin that works for him and that we made everything I wrote in the review up. Then I go through my call log that maybe I was mistaken that I called the wrong company- turns out when my broker called them for an update Dustin picked up the phone and answered. The other companies I called around asking if a Dustin worked there all told me that this is usually for them to be no call no shows. I wasn't the first this has happened to. I tell the owner that and he starts using profanity. Starts with calling names to vulgar profanity. Please be cautious when using them if you are ever stuck. Personally I won't recommend them after the NASTY conversation I had with the owner. This is a VERY unprofessional way to do business. Response to the owner Broker thought we were lying because we told them you would be there around 5-6am according to Dustin! Ever other shop will confirm my review that you are a no call no show.

The owner took money from two people for tools he didn’t send. Refuses to refund and blocks them. If Stetson will do this what does that say about his company. You claim Stetson isnt the owner, yet everyone claims he and his crew are top notch. He is listed as the contact on your website, he lists company vehicles for sale on and looking for new ones. He indicates he is the owner on social media. You told me to call your number so we can talk, I called yesterday before I posted here and three times today. No one answers the phone.

This is a top notch company to work with. Even though they could not repair the problem, they diagnosed it so we could arrange a tow company. Brad made sure our driver was to a safe warm hotel and took the driver to Wendys so she could get something to eat. This is what I love to see out there. People helping people. Thank you Brad & wife for all your help. You are certainly special people! Thank you !!!!!

Stetson is a professional. He and company always take care of their customers and have always answered my calls and questions. Very good company. I recommend him and his company all the time!
