I broke down today on Interstate 90 in Ohio. I was able to limp my truck to S&W Auto Service Center and they were absolutely awesome. Although the fix ended up being something quite simple, they didn't know that when they agreed to immediately get me in and see what they could do. I was back on the road in under 20 minutes and was treated exceptionally well. It's great to see that people still do treat others fairly and honestly. I was at their mercy. with no other choices, so they could have charged whatever they wanted. They fixed my problem immediately and didn't even charge me. I can't speak highly enough about how I was treated. Thank you again

There's a reason this repair shop has outstanding reviews. They are simply awesome! I blew out a tire on the interstate late at night, and the next morning they were able to get me a new used tire for an incredibly reasonable price and had my car ready before I needed to check out of my hotel. Jared and Jason were helpful and respectful. The were clearly looking to help rather than upcharge me. The lobby is very nice, comfy couches for waiting as well as bathrooms and snacks.

Such great people! Coming all the way from SW Michigan, they helped me with adjusting my tire pressure, and the guy even said it was on the house. I really appreciate their kindness!

Recently, I brought a friend here with a hybrid Honda that wouldn't start on its own. It needed to be jumped to start. They welcomed us and looked at it really quick. Then they wanted to run some more tests, so we left the car. Shortly after that,they called and determined it was charging properly, and to fix the problems the vehicle needed a new battery. Installed and back on the road in a short. Thank you very much for your professional interactions.
