Through the recommendation of a friend, I brought my car to Saddleback Automotive for service on my truck. I was greeted by Victor and Adam, both very professional and friendly. Adam and his team helped me with my check engine light repairs and able to save me money (compared going to the dealership). They took the time to go over every item in detail and provided a fair estimate. There was no pressure or upselling. They gave an estimate on time frame and were able to finish the services sooner than expected. Its so important to have a mechanic that you can trust, and you can't go wrong with Saddleback. I highly recommend these guys! PS. schedule an appointment - Their calendar gets booked up fast!

SaddleBack Automotive owner Adam, and his guys, are solid. I brought my 2020 Rubicon there with massive suspension damage. After a thorough inspection I received a detailed repair quote using all OEM parts. The repairs were completed promptly and sooner than expected. Top notch service from start to finish. I just moved to the area and I am so glad i came across Saddleback Automotive on my search. I had a check engine light on and Saddleback Automotive was able to diagnose the issue and fix my car within two days. I was able to pick up my car on Saturday. They explained the priority of the recommended repairs. Answered all of my questions! They placed the parts order and did the work immediately. Kept me updated on the progress. I am very pleased with my experience. Honest, professional, personable, and great to work with. My car is running smoothly and I couldnt be happier! Definitely coming back!!

Saddleback Automotive is the best auto shop in town. They serviced my car as promised - no extra charges, fast service, friendly and honest staff. They did a full diagnostic and identify the issues right away. Kept me in the loop and worked with me on what needed to be done priority. I was referred over by a friend who has been a long time customer and I’m very pleased by my experience at Saddleback Automotive. Adam, his associates are personable and thorough when it comes to their products and their recommendations concerning the repairs that needed to be made on my vehicle. They originally solved an issue for me that the dealership couldn't. I was invoiced for the same amount on the estimate.
