Horrible experience. Listen to the other reviews and do not come here. They make up the price of parts and install them without telling you first. Additionally, I was quoted for an amount that was more than double what it should have been, and then they worked their way back into that number, and added additional fake costs at the end (fake cost of parts, lying about parts needed and labor). No itemizations, completely made up and fraudulent. I am not sure that they did not cause additional damage to or take parts from my car as well, causing more issues than when I went in. I suspect that the reviews of tampering with and stealing parts are true - my powertrain steering is now messed up, when I didn't even go to the store to have this area of the car touched. Lastly, they will steal your money by getting you to sign upfront and then saying that there are no refunds, only more credits for their horrible service - crooks. Be careful and stay away.

I had to revise my review, I found a problem with my alarm but I must say they took care of it and also they fixed a problem on my boys vehicle that was done at another shop, all I will say is that his vehicle was done at a much bigger shop and shop made him wait for weeks and this place took care of it ASAP,nice work guys thanks !!

Excellent work and you will feel like family. They take time and care always willing to correct any errors but they don't make many if any at all. Very professional They will not up charge you and believe in giving you quality work and equipment. I have been a customer for well over 10 years and looking forward to being one in 10 more.

Purchased dual 12" subwoofers with box & amp with and epicenter hookup 8 years ago .. still pumpin hard !! I won't trust any sound installation businesses with my vehicle. I don't know where all the bad reviews came from. Probably trolls trying to taint the rep, but trust me .. they're good to go.

This is my regular place to be the owner Clinton is very nice and very kind and he’s very helpful Darrell. He’s the coolest and the workers there as well Ricky these are my guys. They always help me and always make sure that I am good. They never charge me anything extra. If I complain about something not working properly they always tend to me right away. It’s like I’m a VIP all companies should be like these people.
