My vehicle was recently broken into and I needed my window repaired as soon as possible. I called during operating hours and was extremely satisfied with the service, from the phone call to technician who repaired the broken window. Five stars all the way for Unique Auto Glass! My vehicle was broken into between 5-6am. Filed a claim with AAA around 7am and they suggested a few glass companies to choose from. Unique Auto Glass was an easy choice since they are just 10 min away. I called Unique between 7:30-7:50am and no answer. Right before 8:00am they called me back and we immediately setup an appt to come in when they open. All this was arranged before their scheduled opening time at 9:00am on Saturdays; which I wasn't even aware of until I took the picture of the storefront with their hours posted. As soon as I arrived, I pulled in the garage and was immediately greeted by two friendly gentlemen. One took me inside and all I had to do was confirm the make, year and model of my vehicle and there I was in the system, all of my info sent by AAA. While I was inside, the other gentlemen went to work right away and began to vacuum all of the glass that was shattered in the car. After about 5 minutes in the office, I went back out through the garage and saw that the door panel had already been removed and he was cleaning up the remaining glass. I highly recommend that you go here for any of your auto glass needs. Convenient location, clean waiting area/office, friendly folks with excellent service and fast turnaround time. Vehicle was done within an hour! Thank you so much guys! You turned what started out as a bad stressful day and made it into a positively memorable customer experience. Continued success!

The one star is for their work on fixing the glass and the promo price. BUT a mistake was made by one of the staff members names Natalie who gave me wrong car keys and made me pay for someone else’s service. Then when I notice it’s not my car, I returned the keys and asked her about paying the difference as the transaction was successful processed the same day I went to pick my car, but she said I need to make a new payment for my car altogether and not the difference amount. She promised me that the transaction made prior as a part of her mistake will be voided maximum within two weeks. Here I am two and half months later still trying to call them every single week I get time within their business hours, leaving voicemails and when I directly visited them couple of time the manager gave me his email and asked me to send Natalie and him the receipt for my service and the two Transactions information. I did that multiple times and still no response. I tried to contact my credit company and they said Safelite should resolve this at their as it’s their mistake but nothing worked out till now. I am still waiting. A professional environment is expected in this location and a feeling of trust and responsibility if you would like to continue the business. Extremely disappointed by the post service events. The office needs some work. It’s dirty and the staff might seem careless at times

Front passenger window got broken into. Called Unique Auto Glass and they were able to accommodate me with a same day appointment at my place in Cupertino. Showed up on time, removed (vacuumed) old glass fragments from all around the car, and installed new glass. Total time was only 30 minutes. Everything works and looks like new.

The best ever! They did the replacement of windshield just like the original one. And they even clean the whole inside of the car just like what the auto wash shop does and they also clean other windows because we can not wash our car immediately after replacing windshield. And the manager is a nice guy and technician are very professional and friendly. This is the best auto glass store in my heart. The money worth it!
