Got a flat tire on Christmas Eve. The day after Christmas, I first called dealership. They told me I had to change to a new tire and wouldn't tell me how much it cost. After I did research of the area, found this shop had very good reviews. I picked up the phone and gave it a try. Alex from the shop asked me to send a pic of the tire. Right after he got my pic, he called me and told me the tire was fixable and cost was minimal. It took mechanics 10 min to repair the tire and solved my "big" problem though might seem easy for them in their hands. There were three people there helped me through the process, everyone of them was nice, helpful and good at what they do. They even went extra mile to help me figuring out the emergency light in my first aid kit. They get good reviews for a reason. I am glad I find a shop I can trust.

Wow, where do I start. My Tesla Model 3 got damaged from a head on collision and a friend of mine referred me to Art. It’s intimidating as a girl going to an auto shop but from the moment I walked in and met with Art, I was taken care of immediately and felt relieved. Art secured me with a rental car and throughout the whole process of getting my car fixed, he kept me posted with updates. Art is not only an amazing, caring person but provides excellent service, honesty and knowledge. Oh did I mention he’s also hilarious haha! Very rare to come across generous people like him these days especially in the auto industry. My car came out looking like the first day I bought it! Big thank you to Art and his team!

TLDR version: Bob is awesome - his prices are fair, he stands by his work, and he won't sell you repairs you don't need. I do my own wrenching when I can, and when I was a broke student over 10 years ago and my truck failed smog, he took a look at my failed test results free of charge and suggested I replace the charcoal canister (3 minute job). He was right! Last year right before my marriage and honeymoon I had a new power steering pump and rack put on by another shop then had an unrelated starter/alternator issue and Bob replaced them both. On my way home the power steering issue I just had fixed returned after being gone for a few hundred miles. I'm not a big believer in coincidences, but Bob said they didn't touch it, and I'm familiar enough with the job to know there's no reason for them to - it would just create extra work for no reason. Since the PS work was done by another shop and we agreed they were not at fault we also agreed it made sense for me to take it back to the people who did that work, but since my PS belt tore on my way home from his shop he offered to replace it at no cost to me. To both of our surprise, when he replaced the belt the issue disappeared completely and it has been good ever since. Four months later my truck died in Yosemite, but since it's stick I was able to jump start it and drive all the way home. Bob found a simple but clearly high impact issue with the positive lead to the battery, which he also fixed for free. At this rate I'm going to have to make up a reason to pay the man! Definitely will be returning for any jobs I can't or don't want to do myself.

Been here in this shop for almost 10years never have a problem you want OEM parts and service pay for the price they honest people all you bunch complainer rather pay cheap price for the service go somewhere else… you don’t like the price go somewhere else keep up the good job … 5 🌟x10000

Robert and his crew are amazing people who really goes outta their way to make sure everyone is satisfied, you can always find where they are, they are 3 blocks west of Reseda Blvd, just turn on where you see the horsey and go west. Great job, Robert makes everyone family
