Big thanks and compliments to Igor, Max, Marc, and Brian who took care of our tire needs on Saturday to schedule and instore repair on Sunday, October 9, 2022 at your Tire Center, Novi Michigan store. They were all so knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and the epitome of great teamwork and customer service. They were extremely thorough inspecting our tires and taking care of the one tire that seemed to have a small leak. Robert and Cayden in the Tire Service center were absolutely phenomenal. As a car enthusiast I care a lot about my wheels not getting scratched. They took care of me and showed care, respect, and professionalism throughout the whole process. They treated my vehicle as their own. Highly recommend working with them and I will be staying with Novi’s Sam’s Club Tire Service for anything I need done in the future!

First off my appointment was never set after discussing it on the phone. So when I called prior to my appointment they had no clue what I was talking about. Both times I told these people I was having them install my new lug nuts and my own tires I’ve used previously. And everything both times on the phone was fine until I get to my appointment and now all of a sudden they cannot install non Sams club tires. They wasted my money on fast shipping for the lug nuts. My gas and my time. Very irritating, now another week driving with bad tires because nothings open on Sunday’s.
