Zero star if I could. This company totally took advantage of my daughter when she was alone in the dark, stuck in a ditch. She only needed towed out of the ditch, not anywhere further. It took him about 5 minutes, start to finish. The first thing he said to my daughter when he arrived was, "This is going to cost you $250.00, do you have a way to pay for that?" (What?!) They were called by a state trooper, so I'm not sure if they thought this was going to be classified as an accident with insurance and charged that ridiculous rate or what. But they never quoted any price to the trooper over the phone. She was totally taken advantage of in her situation. The guy knew she was desperate to get out by the time they arrived. She was alone, in a ditch, in the dark. I'm just grateful she didn't have her two babies with her at the time. However, if she had, he might've been fair. Even after googling average cost of this type of thing, they were way more expensive than the average. (And more than I've ever seen for roadside assistance working as an insurance agent in the area) I, or my family would never call them again, nor will I refer anyone to them.

Jimmy helped us out in a pinch and I can't thank him enough. Was adorable and he was straight forward and very professional. Was kind enough to even show us what was wrong with the car before he towed it off. Fixed in the same day.

He didn't have time. Wow I understand people get busy, I've always took my car to Jimmy. Was disappointed when he said he didn't have time. It would be next week! It was only Thursday. I only have 1 car n it would've took all of 15 min what I was asking for. It's done now.

Best Shop in SC. Has been working on my Trucks for my fleet for over 7 years. Best prices and best work around. Highly recommended! He fixes what needs to be fixed and doesn't try to charge you for things you do not need! That's hard to find in today's market! A+++

Wonderful service!!!! Miracle for me!!!! what they figured out about my blinkers!!!! Very cost efficient *for a miracle* also! New Yorker was a top-notch genius!!!! Took me from can't drive nobody can figure it out to fine and dandy in 20 min!!!!!
