I would rate this place 4.5 if I could. Everything went great. Well, almost everything. My passenger side window no longer goes up or down after the "repairs" made to my 1992 Honda NSX. Fabian did an amazing job with the bodywork and paint to install parts I brought him for my car. He listened to my request, shared his ideas, and spoke on observations he made regarding my car. We agreed on a day for me to pick up the car, and I showed. He wasn't there. Other employees were there and made it possible for me to pick up my vehicle, but he wasn't there to address the problems with my newly "repaired" vehicle. A couple of the shop workers looked into the problem for me after I noticed it. They told me that one of my parts had gone bad. Everything was fine when I dropped the car off a month ago. It wasn't the biggest deal in the world to me at the time, but after being told that Fabian would reach out to today and not hearing from him, I feel a little let down. I've been cool, patient, and responsive. Nobody could do anything about the new problem with the car and I don't know what to do about it. I guess I just have to take it to another shop and pay them to fix it. Maybe they can also let me know what else they find in their inspection.

Had such a great experience here! Everyone was very kind, helped walk me through the process, set up a rental car for me, and were patient with all the questions I had. They did amazing work on my car and kept me updated during the repairs- thank you!

Let me tell you about my experience. We brought our car in a week ago. Picked up Friday at 2:15pm. We don’t like going to new places but so glad we did. You know body shops and mechanics 😎. Well Jose Alvarez made me think differently. Listened deeply to our concerns, knowledgeable, timely, followed up ect… The work was flawless as the experience. I haven’t had such an amazing experience overall in a long time with anything. Go see our boy Jose Alvarez. Thank me later. Thank you Jose 🫶🏼. You made our day- 2018 Dodge Durango!

The catalytic converter was stolen from my Jeep that was parked on the street in front of my house. I took it to San Pedro Auto Body and they were able to fix it in a day and they washed it! I mean WASHED it inside and out. Shannon and Fabian were professional and knowledgeable about my situation. I recommend this shop to anyone who is having auto problems. They will be my new shop while I live in San Pedro. My previous mechanic of 12 years will be disappointed but these folks are just as good and about 12 miles closer since I move a year ago. I posted photos of the damage and repair.
