Sandoval's Shell

Having a relaxing camping trip in Parks and was ready to leave and noticed I had a flat. Got a spare put on and called Sandoval's to see if he could fix my tire, got me right in. Keith, an incredibly nice gentleman, got me fixed up and back on the road in no time at all. Only charged me 30 bucks and had a smile on his face the whole time. Great service!

We went to Sandovals Shell today with two of our vehicles, we simply wanted to switch the tires from one truck to the other. We assumed that the technician working was experienced, but little did we know that he was not. This tech forced rims that were to small for the truck he was putting them on, the rims were against the brake caliper preventing the vehicle from moving at all. He told us that we needed different rims and charged us 180.00 for his service. I didnt have a problem with it until he charged us an additional 150.00 to fix the problem he created. If we would have only gone to Discount Tire they would have told us that the rims on both trucks were not compatible with each other, and the would not have charged us anything. We paid almost 400.00 for nothing! We told the technician that and he sarcasticly said "im not the one who thought of doing this" how rude. Buyer beware this place is a scam, if they can rip you off they will, we are examples of this.

We had a couple of tires on our 5th wheel trailer damaged due to the TERRIBLE condition of the I-40!!! Potholes so bad people on Waze were reporting them. We pulled into the Shell station Saturday night at 8pm and Jose was very kind and allowed us to park overnight. Keith and Juan arrived at 6:30 am Sunday put new tires on the trailer and fixed the valve core on the front tire of our truck. We are so grateful for their service as it made our experience more pleasant. Thank you so much!!

We were on a roadtrip across the US and our tire pressure light kept coming on. We stopped in the area to fill up the tire and ran into this shop by accident, which ended up being the best experience. The older gentleman helped us get a new tire and back on the road. We also ended up talking with the owner inside who was very friendly. I highly recommend that you go to this shop for any tire issues!

Bought a used tire, they put it on, 26 miles down the road the tire blows out taking most of my rear skirt, heater and propane lines. I call the station and are told theres no "warranty"on used tires. When removing the tire on the side of the road I looked at the date code, it was 19 years old. They sold and charged me for a rotten tire. Was told too bad. I guess I'm going to have to get an attorney for negligence Thousands of dollars damage to my vehicle. If I had known the tire was nearly 20 years old I would never have bought it.
