They were so professional in explaining what the damage was, and there might be more under the car. They kept me updated every 2 days, and let me know there’s a part that is coming from Virginia, and will take a few days.they called me when the part came in, and called me twice the next day explaining the car just needed to have the sensors calibrated, and the car will be ready very soon. I’m gonna be picking it up tomorrow or next day. I’m not good at remembering names but Ben and Andrew were so professional, and if I ever needed a bodyshop again I would go to Sandpiper

Recommended by Toyota after major damage following hit and run. Kobe supervised my repairs and did an excellent job, worked well with insurance company. Ben his boss and I suppose the owner was not pleasant at all on follow up issues. Eventually got these minor issues completed somewhere else. Might ask Toyota in Costa Mesa for different referral.

Horrible place, second bad experience here. This time they lost parts to my car, and didn't put them back on, they forgot to replace 3 emblems on my car and took them more then 1 year to get them, they broke the widow washing spray nozzle and did a failed attempt to glue it back on instead of ordering a new part that they broke. And just today noticed bolts are missing that attach my fender to the frame that they didn't put back on, complete idiots here at this shop !!!!!

Do not go there! They failed repeatedly to assess the damage to my Prius twice. After two attempts to make repairs and at the cost of over $6000. Then they told me that I should never have expected my car to be repaired to the same condition as it was before the crash!! I filed a complaint with Bureau of Autumotive Repair

We have worked with Sandpiper Collision restoring our Toyota Camry twice (hit and runs) in the last two years. They are a wonderful courteous efficient organization, from administration to management to technical and maintenance staff. Their pricing is more than fair for the very high quality level of work they do. We would not think of ever engaging anyone else in the entirety of Orange or Los Angeles Counties. By comparison, when we took our vehicle to another shop closer to home, they made us wait fifteen (15) days, JUST to provide an estimate... which Sandpiper supplies in less than 30 minutes, accurately every time. The staff thinks things through completely, and suggests necessary but unanticipated repairs, with safety, appearance and economy in mind. Members of my family back East have operated a first class Body Shop for more than 40 years... so, I know something personal about what to expect. We feel very fortunate to have been recommended to them.
