If you are looking for a professional, trustworthy and high quality auto body repair shop, Santa Clara Autocare is the place to go. My Tesla Model 3 was hit (while parked) and incurred damage to the passenger side rear wheel panel and this was the first time I dealt with having to get vehicle repairs done. John walked me through the process, my vehicle was examined and he worked directly with my insurance company on additional supplements. He kept me updated during every step of the process, explained the details of what was being done, the progress and made me feel confident in the repairs. His team even uncovered damage to my bumper from just a visual inspection would not have found. The "blending" (yes a new term explained to me) of the repaired areas to the rest of the vehicle was seamless. Truly an amazing job. It's difficult (as a woman) to obtain services (in certain industries) where you feel like you are not being taken advantage of. Go to a place you can trust. Go to Santa Clara Autocare. You won't be disappointed.

This past Saturday, I had a lucky break. The owner (John Federico) and his mechanic resolved an urgent problem with my car and refused to charge me for it. They were very kind. Not to mention very capable mechanics. I saw how they fixed my vehicle. I was on Scott Blvd when I realized my engine cover under the car was about to fall off. It was almost 4:30pm. I thought I better rush to nearest Toyota dealership but on further thought, it would be too late to get there. Hence I googled and found Santa Clara Auto Care which was minutes away. Luckily, they were open. They were there to catchup on a job. Nevertheless, they took time out to help me. I am really grateful for their kindness. The owner also has other shops in the area that specialize in Mercedes and BMWs. We chatted and I got to see his reworked antique chevrolet. I am not certain but it looks like 1969 Camaro. The owner is a real car lover. So nice to have met him! Thank you!

John and Dennis made everything easy for my bumper repair. They were able to guide us through the Insurance maze. Our car was done earlier than expected and was perfect.

I took my van for repair and was done in a day early as promised. They even washed before it was delivered. Dennis has been in business for a long time and I always comeback to his shop whenever I need repair. He is a reliable and honest owner.
