My daughter’s vehicle got towed here and when we went to pick it up, we got excellent service. They lent us their power bank to try to start the vehicle and when that didn’t work, they stayed open a little later, so we were able to get our vehicle out. Also, the lady that actually did all the paperwork, was so nice, and allowed us to do whatever it took to get our vehicle out today. Your kindness will not go unnoticed 🤗

We have used Santa Fe Towing many times before and have always had the best experiences with them. Today, our driver went above and beyond and saved us hundreds of dollars by telling us a simple fix to our issue, so we didn’t have to tow it to a dealer for diagnostics. Always very friendly and efficient drivers, thank you all!

Lady behind counter was very helpful and friendly. She had a great attitude and was very informative about the damages that were done to the car. Due to an unforgettable experience for my niece this was actually a life lesson she had to experience with a horrible outcome. 💔 broke my heart to see her car was stripped down to almost nothing. Everything was taken off the car and in the mist of it all I found a picture of her mom and dad still left behind with an owl pendant I had got her sister for Christmas last year from Dillard's. So in the end Santa Fe Towing was very helpful and is appreciated all that was done to rectify the situation. So Thank You All.
