I'd bought a replacement belt molding for the driver's door of my Prius, but I wasn't able to replace it using the tools that I had. When I looked up Santa Margarita Auto Collision and asked them about it, they offered to install it for free! Brought the car in the next morning, and they replaced the molding within 15 minutes. Great courtesy service!

I was disappointed with the service I received. The delivery was delayed significantly—over two months instead of the promised four weeks. Communication was lacking, and I had to reach out repeatedly for updates. While the body work itself was decent, my car was returned dirty and smelled like the garage. Additionally, I had to return because some parts were not installed properly. It felt like I was overcharged, but since the insurance covered the costs, I’m unsure. Overall, I expected much better service.

I brought some components in to get matched to the color of my car, door handles, mirrors, etc. They were very friendly, informative and gave me a price that was 20% cheaper than a neighboring body shop a mile away. Did a great job, paint matched and they warrantied the work even though the parts weren’t theirs. Thanks.
