5 out of 5 - they're on it! Rudy got me in first thing in the morning for tire & wheel swap. The guys in the shop had me out the door in a couple hours. Service with a smile (and a good laugh too).. They provide outstanding 'old school' customer service you would come to expect from a locally-owned business. I would 100% highly recommend them and I will definitely be going back for all of my future tire needs.

This tire store was recommended by another RV owner when he has tire issues. I took his advice and glad I did. Helpful and attentive and solved my tire problem fairly. Highly recommend for all RV users.

This place is absolutely the best. Rudy the service guy was so polite and extremely helpful and patient. Alfonso the tire tech is freaking amazing. On my way to SLO, my car warned me of low tire pressure. Thankfully, Santa Maria Tire was open early enough for me to still make it to work. Their customer service is unmatched and they were able to patch up the tire within 30 mins. Would recommend this company without hesitation.
