It’s been 7 days since Mr. Joe is not fixing my vehicle. Every time I go there he tries to take more money from me and is not getting my work done. He is doing like abuse of power. He is the manager there and very annoying. Will definitely not recommended to anyone. Please save your money and don’t go to Sarant Cadillac. Find yourself another dealer. This place is trash. Now I am going to GM to file a complaint against Sarant Cadillac. Thank you for your disrespect and rude behavior Mr Joe.

Had a terrible experience at Sarant Cadillac, it took ages to fix my car, wasn’t even fixed properly, I’m a single mom of 4 and I had to bring my kids along to pickup my car, and had to wait an extra 4 hours for them to prepare my car. My kids were crying. Over the phone they told me that my car is ready but I had to wait extra long, Would not recommend going here 😡😤

My car was towed here on New Year's Eve 2023 and waited the entire holiday season. The first day of official work my car wasn't scheduled for inspection and maintenance the next morning and they didn't have enough mobility scooters to use me Had to pay for Uber myself Very bad attitude

Highly not recommended ❌❌❌😡😡😡 Mr. Joseph is very rude and arrogant and didn’t do my work.He create more problems for me. Now I have to take it to the other dealer. He wasted my three days. Highly not recommend it highly not recommend it highly not recommended.
